Harbour lights patron claims he knew it would come to this

A man known to drink in The Harbour Lights has revealed he knew it would always come to this.

Chris Pirouet made the startling declaration after a lengthy 12 hour drinking session on Wednesday.

“I’ve been saying it for years, I said it to Ben last week and I’m saying it to you now,” he said.

“It was always going to come to this.”
